Practical Gardening through Hands-On Learning

Practical Gardening through Hands-On Learning will open up horticulture education to the general public in a way that is both stimulating and practical.

Target Audience(s):

General public, more specifically young professionals (ages 18 to 30) who are interested in gardening and want to build on their knowledge based on present needs and gardening desires

Objectives:

Participants will:

• Increase self confidence in gardening abilities,
• Increase awareness of gardening,
• Increase proficiency in basic horticultural skills, and
• Gain understanding of gardening techniques.
