Handbook and Forms

Applications for TCALP Class III will be accepted starting May 16, 2022. Interviews for Class III will occur in July.

Interested parties are encouraged to download and review the complete participant handbook and contact Dr. Michael Newman with any questions. To apply, please download and complete the Application and the Statement of Interest. These fillable PDF forms should be completed, saved, and uploaded at the “Submit TCALP Application” link located on the right side of this page. In addition, applicants must upload their most current CV or resume. Applications are accepted from April to July of odd numbered years. Review of applications, interviews, and selection of class participants will be completed with interviews in July.

Dozens of agricultural producers met Feb. 21 with Mississippi State University professionals to offer direction on priorities MSU research and outreach should pursue in 2023 and beyond.


The event was the annual Central Mississippi Producer Advisory Council meeting, held at the MSU Central Mississippi Research and Extension Center in Raymond. The half-day event was a listening session for MSU and an advising session for producers and those interested in starting ag businesses.
