AIM for CHangE

Obesity and related health issues can seem like overwhelming challenges, particularly at the community level—and they often are when tackled alone. However, by uniting individuals and organizations, communities of committed stakeholders can drive meaningful change.
Advancing, Inspiring, and Motivating for Community Health through Extension (AIM for CHangE) is mobilizing CHANGE CHAMPIONS to collaborate with local leaders in addressing health challenges. By expanding access to healthier foods and creating more opportunities for physical activity, communities across Mississippi are building healthier, more sustainable cultures.
