Prepare with Pedro

Prepare with Pedro is a youth preparedness program designed for ages 4-7 (grades K-2) that teaches children and families how to stay safe, be prepared, and take action during disasters and emergencies through fun activities such as crosswords, coloring pages, matching games, creative stories, and more.

Target Audience(s):

Youth ages 4-7 (grades K-2) and their families

Objectives:

Participants will:

Understand what it means to prepare and be prepared,
Be able to demonstrate the most essential protective actions for their age level for the emergency taught,
Be able to practice a basic coping skill and understand its use, and
Be able to share what they learned with household members.
