Choose Health: Food, Fun, Fitness (CHFFF) is an award-winning, comprehensive nutrition and fitness curriculum composed of six hands-on lessons.

Cooking Matters for Adults is a hands-on course that will empower adults with the skills to be self-sufficient in the kitchen.

This program will help empower people with knowledge and strategies to manage their diabetes through menu planning, carbohydrate counting, portion control, and label reading.


This program provides financial education, helping participants improve their financial well-being.

Food Safety at Home equips families with food safety knowledge and resources to improve food safety behaviors and practices at home.

Fun with Food is an educational camp designed to teach children/youth about healthy eating. It also teaches participants how their food is grown and raised on the farm and how they can use culinary skills to prepare safe, appealing, flavorful meals and snacks for themselves and their families.

This is a simulation experience that utilizes an empathic approach to educate individuals on the age-related sensory and functional challenges that some older adults might face.

Healthy Homes Solutions will empower people with knowledge to adopt healthy behaviors and take practical, low-cost action to solve housing challenges.

Teens will be trained as Junior Master Wellness Volunteers to provide health promotion information to improve health literacy and healthy lifestyle choices via an online canvas course that provides broader reach and flexible learning options.

Kids in the Kitchen encourages young people to eat healthier meals and snacks as a result of hands-on cooking experiences.

Learn, Grow, Eat & Go! (LGEG) grows good kids through an interdisciplinary program combining academic achievement, gardening, nutrient-dense food experiences, physical activity, and school and family engagement.

The Nurturing Parenting program is a family-centered, trauma-informed initiative to build nurturing parenting skills.

Prepare with Pedro is a youth preparedness program designed for ages 4-7 (grades K-2) that teaches children and families how to stay safe, be prepared, and take action during disasters and emergencies through fun activities such as crosswords, coloring pages, matching games, creative stories, and more.

This program informs farmers (specialist crops or produce) on new regulations for Food Safety.

Safe Sitter® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises.

ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety management curriculum and certification process recognized by the Mississippi State Department of Health as meeting the food safety criteria required of any licensed foodservice facility in Mississippi.

Show Me Nutrition is a comprehensive nutrition curriculum that teaches youth from preschool through junior high school to have a healthy lifestyle.

Today’s Mom is an education program that teaches pregnant women about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to ensure successful birth outcomes.

TummySafe is a food safety training program for child care providers providing the required Food Managers Certification to operate a licensed child care facility in Mississippi.

Walk-a-Weigh (Adult Audience) will educate clients about different strategies to implement or improve nutrition and physical activity habits for themselves and/or their families.

Your Money, Your Goals will empower financial decision-making by providing a comprehensive guide to topics such as budgeting daily expenses, managing debt, and avoiding financial tricks and traps.

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth (ages 6-18).
